We create real encounters, promote integration at eye level and build bridges between international professionals, locals, companies and society.

🎄✨ What a wonderful evening – even with a small personal setback!
Our Christmas Get-Together in the new office was a great success – 27 members of our international community joined, bringing laughter, energy and great vibes. 🌍💛
Unfortunately, I had almost no voice and could barely speak – which was truly a pity. But still, it meant a lot to me to see all of you, celebrate together, and feel the warmth of our community. 🙏✨
We enjoyed delicious food, drinks, conversations and so much positive energy – exactly what makes our community so special. 🍲🥂🎶
A heartfelt thank-you to everyone who made this evening unforgettable!

Launch of the Working Group: “Bridging Cultures – Integration in Action”
(working title of the association Internationals & Friends Saxony e. V.)
How can we achieve true integration of international professionals – beyond bureaucracy and good intentions?
Under the working title “Bridging Cultures – Integration in Action”, we are launching a new working group for HR, recruiting, talent development, leadership, and everyone who wants to actively shape the integration of international professionals – from business, public administration, education, or community projects.
The name stands for our goal: building bridges between people, cultures, and companies – and not just planning integration, but putting it into practice together.
